1. ABOUT RESOHEALTH

ResoHealth.life is operated by Resohealth FzCo, a company registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“ResoHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our registered address is DMCC Business Centre, Level 1, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, UAE.

ResoHealth operates as an online platform that connects users with wellness service providers, health retreats, longevity treatments, and related hospitality services in Dubai and other premium destinations worldwide.

2. DEFINITIONS

“Platform” refers to the ResoHealth.life website, mobile applications, and all related services.
“User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Platform.
“Service Provider” refers to hotels, wellness centers, spas, clinics, and other businesses offering services through our Platform.
“Booking” refers to any reservation made through our Platform for wellness services, accommodations, or experiences.
“Content” refers to all text, images, data, and other materials displayed on or through our Platform.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.2 When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account without our prior written consent.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. SERVICES AND BOOKINGS

4.1 Platform Services: ResoHealth provides a marketplace connecting users with wellness service providers. We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of wellness services, medical treatments, or accommodations.

4.2 Booking Process: When you make a booking through our Platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant Service Provider. ResoHealth acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the contract between you and the Service Provider.

4.3 Pricing and Payments: All prices displayed on our Platform are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and methods are specified during the booking process.

4.4 Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notification from us or the Service Provider. Until then, no contract exists.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Cancellation policies vary by Service Provider and are displayed at the time of booking. Please review these policies carefully before confirming your booking.

5.2 If you need to cancel or modify a booking, you must do so in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply.

5.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the Service Provider’s policy and may take 5-14 business days to appear in your account.

5.4 ResoHealth reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, system errors, or force majeure events.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate, including personal details, health information (where required), and payment details.

6.3 You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and conditions of Service Providers.

6.4 You agree not to:

• Use our Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Platform
• Use automated systems to access our Platform without permission
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ResoHealth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7.3 The ResoHealth name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Resohealth FzCo.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.1 Our Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on our Platform.

8.3 We do not warrant that our Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.4 We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Service Providers.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResoHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform.

9.2 Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any Service Provider.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ResoHealth, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the DMCC Free Zone.

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts or the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12.3 Mediation: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

13.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Platform.

13.2 Your continued use of our Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.3 We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our Platform.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ResoHealth.

14.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
