LetsGo Bali Reset

Nervous System & Longevity Recalibration

Disconnect from the noise. Reconnect with your physiology. Return with measurable data and lasting tools built for how you actually live and lead.

WHY THIS RESET

A structured recalibration, not a passive escape

Most retreats offer relaxation. This one is built on a data-backed nervous system training and longevity framework, designed for people whose output has outpaced their recovery. Across 8 days in Canggu and the Mount Batur highlands, you move through a deliberate sequence of stress, contrast, breathwork, movement, and stillness — each day measured, so change is visible rather than assumed.

Every session is chosen for a physiological reason: to raise your capacity to activate under stress and, just as importantly, to recover efficiently afterward. That balance — adaptive stress plus efficient recovery — is the core longevity principle the entire week is built around.

  • Founders, executives, and professionals carrying chronic, low-grade stress
  • Anyone experiencing burnout, decision fatigue, or a noticeable HRV decline
  • People who want a structured longevity reset, not an unstructured holiday
  • Those who want before-and-after data, not just a feeling of having switched off

THE JOURNEY

Eight days, eight themes

Each day builds on the last — moving from arrival and intention, through activation and challenge, into recovery, play, and embodiment.

01

New Beginnings

Arrival, check-in, and an introductory breathwork session in the Shala. The week opens with workbook handouts and intention-setting — naming what you want this reset to change.

Why it matters: A clear baseline and stated intention meaningfully improves follow-through on any behaviour-change program.

02

Raise Your Vibration

Morning energising breathwork, contrast therapy (infrared sauna and ice baths), and the first Mind-Body Workshop covering stress physiology.

Why it matters: Controlled heat and cold exposure trains your heart rate to rise and recover predictably — a trainable marker of stress resilience.

03

Energy Work

Morning HRV assessment, Kundalini movement, a second Mind-Body Workshop on nervous system states, and an evening transformational breathwork session with pre- and post-session measurement.

Why it matters: Measuring heart rate and HRV immediately before and after breathwork gives you an immediate, objective before/after nervous-system response.

04

Gratitude

Gratitude breathwork and visualisation, reformer Pilates, and an evening Nervous System Reset combining sound healing, contrast therapy, and water floatation.

Why it matters: This is a deliberately recovery-focused day — proof that rest is trained and scheduled, not left to chance.

05

Movement

Strength and conditioning, a sauna and ice recovery circuit, and an afternoon transformational breathwork and ice bath workshop — followed by an early night ahead of the Mount Batur hike.

Why it matters: Pairing exertion with structured recovery circuits demonstrates stress adaptation in real time via HR monitoring.

06

Mind-Body Connection

A pre-dawn pickup for the Mount Batur sunrise hike, with breathwork at the summit. HR, HRV, energy, and readiness are tracked before the climb; recovery markers are tracked after.

Why it matters: This is the week's real-world longevity lesson: performance under stress matters less than how efficiently you recover afterward.

07

Play

A day trip to Uluwatu, beach club time, and a traditional Balinese Kecak performance. No data tracking — an intentional day to switch off and reconnect socially.

Why it matters: Unstructured joy and connection are themselves nervous-system regulators, tracked here only through simple subjective wellbeing ratings.

08

Embodiment

Morning grounding breathwork, a final integration session reflecting on the week's learnings, and a repeat of Day 1's baseline measurements for direct comparison.

Why it matters: Repeating the baseline assessment is what turns the week from an experience into evidence — a measurable before and after.

THE SCIENCE & TRACKING PROTOCOL

What gets measured, every single day

Unlike a typical retreat, every day of the Bali Reset has a matched measurement protocol — so the changes you feel are backed by data you can see.

  • Day 1 — Baseline: blood pressure, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, body composition, sleep and stress questionnaires, and optional lab screening
  • Day 2 — Stress response: HR/HRV before, during, and after contrast therapy, with recovery time to baseline tracked
  • Day 3 — Morning protocol: a consistent daily HRV, resting HR, respiratory rate, sleep, energy, and stress score, repeated every morning of the retreat
  • Day 4 — Recovery: a dedicated recovery-focused evening with no performance metrics, only regulation
  • Day 5 — Performance and recovery: HR response to exercise, RPE, and recovery HR across a structured circuit
  • Day 6 — Real-world data: HR, HR zones, and RPE during the Mount Batur hike, with full post-hike recovery tracking
  • Day 7 — Subjective wellbeing only: energy, mood, stress, connection, and enjoyment — a deliberate day off from physiological tracking
  • Day 8 — Final assessment: a full repeat of Day 1 measures for direct, individual before-and-after comparison

The guiding principle throughout: it isn't just how well you perform under stress — it's how efficiently you recover afterward. That recovery efficiency is one of the strongest available proxies for long-term resilience and healthy aging.

MEET YOUR COACH

Becca Gillen, Chief Wellness Coach

Becca's path into nervous system work began in the ICU, where she spent years as a critical care nurse witnessing first-hand what chronic, unmanaged stress does to the human body over time. That clinical grounding now shapes a very different practice: as a Bali-based nervous system specialist, she designs and leads every Reset with the same rigour she once brought to patient care — but aimed at prevention and recalibration rather than crisis.

Her coaching blends clinical sensitivity with practical, body-based tools — breathwork, contrast therapy, and structured reflection — to help high-performing guests regulate stress responses and build recovery patterns that hold up long after they've left Bali.

FAQ

Common questions

Who is this program for?

Founders, executives, and professionals who want a structured, measurable reset rather than a purely relaxation-based holiday.

Do I need to be fit?

No. Sessions are adaptable, and the Mount Batur hike has a supported pace. The focus is nervous system recovery, not athletic performance.

Is this medical treatment?

No. This is a wellness and coaching program with structured tracking, not a clinical or diagnostic service.

What do I need before arrival?

A short intake questionnaire and, optionally, recent lab results if you'd like a deeper baseline comparison.

What happens after the retreat?

You receive a personalised protocol based on your data from the week, plus ongoing LetsGo AI companion support.

Can I join solo?

Yes. Most guests attend individually and connect with the group throughout the week.

Ready to reset?

Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and the coaching personal.
